The Project is Officially Launched!

With the rollout of the activity plan, teacher and parent classes have begun.
Emotions are innate, and people with rich emotions tend to react more strongly to external stimuli.
Over 2,000 years ago, the “Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon” established a theory of emotions that explores the relationship between emotions, physical health and the circulation of qi. It emphasizes the importance of “preventing diseases before they occur,” nurturing both body and mind, and preventing excessive or prolonged emotional distress from harming overall well-being.
To maintain emotional balance in children, it is crucial for children themselves, schools and families to understand and focus on emotions. Through ongoing classroom activities and outreach programs, teachers and parents will gain more experience in understanding the importance of emotional control, from knowledge to practice.
To support the plan, the “Emotions and Health TCM – Students Mental Health Care” webpage has officially launched. It includes information on “Emotions and Health”, “Practical Therapeutic Methods” for daily life, “Educational Resources” for teachers and students, a “Parent Handbook”, and various related information suitable for learning and teaching at any time. A special “I Want to Ask...” section is available for inquiries to medical professionals.
We hope everyone can find balance in their busy lives and avoid negative emotions.
